Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with every piece you order from KATRIINA VERONIKA SARAPOVA. If something is not right, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: we send you a prepaid return label, and no restocking fee is charged.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, make-up and pet hair.
  • Original tags must still be attached and the item must be in a resellable condition.
  • Please contact us at contact@taisunshineglobal.shop before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and issue return instructions.
  • Return shipping is free. Contact us first and we will send a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, contact us before returning the item and we will reserve the size for you when it is available. If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a refund or help you choose another piece.

Damaged, defective or missing items

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation so we can open a trace with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders are prepared quickly, so we can only cancel an order before it is dispatched. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. If your order has already left our warehouse, please use the return process above.

Your statutory rights

Because we ship from Finland, consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. Our 14-day return window starts on the delivery of the last item in your order, so it always covers at least the statutory period. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. To exercise it, simply notify us in writing at contact@taisunshineglobal.shop.
