1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to display the colours and textures of our knitwear as accurately as possible. Because every screen and every batch of yarn is different, slight variations in colour, stitch and measurement may occur; these are part of the character of knitted garments and not a defect. All descriptions, images and prices may be changed without notice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include Finnish VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when a price or description error has occurred, or when fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid in full.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellation

Delivery times, return conditions and the right of withdrawal are described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and estimated delivery is 15 business days after dispatch.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

7. Third-party services and links

Certain services, such as payment processing and delivery, are provided by third parties. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Links on this site to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.
