Shipping and delivery

Every order is packed by hand by KATRIINA VERONIKA SARAPOVA in Ruokolahti, Finland.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery time is 15 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee: customs clearance, peak seasons and local carrier delays can add a few days. A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation so you can follow the parcel at any time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order, and are shown before you complete payment.

Taxes and duties

Prices include Finnish VAT where applicable. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping fee may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will start a trace with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can send a replacement or refund.
